Washington, DC  –   Charles Chamberlayne, one of the dynamic, young African-American Republican staffers on Capitol Hill, has jumped ship to work as Press Secretary for Senator John Cornyn of Texas.

Chamberlayne had previously served in communications to Senator Kit Bond of Missouri, the Senate Energy Committee and the office of the Speaker of the House. Chamberlayne brings with him a wealth of experience in specialty communications strategies and execution.
