Fifty Organizations Commit To Boost Our Nation’s Human Capital - Latino College Completion is Key
Recent studies indicate re-establishing the U.S. at the top of global rankings for college degree attainment largely depends on Latino success

Washington, DC –A national initiative focused on increasing Latino college completion will go public next week.
Excelenciain Education will announce the next step in the national initiative, Ensuring America’s Future by Increasing Latino College Completion, at a press conference on Wednesday, September 8.
The press conference will highlight the start of a capital campaign—a human capital campaign—and reveal the names of the organizations that have signed on with Excelencia in Education. The objective of the national campaign is to help reach the country’s college completion goals by increasing Latino college completion by 2025.
The campaign will develop an innovative roadmap to help reach the college completion goals articulated by the Obama Administration and major national foundations. Two reports supporting investment in Latino college completion will also be released at the press conference.
