Washington, DC – On July 19-20, the Minority Media & Telecom Council will hold its 8th annual conference, which will provide attendees with the ultimate networking opportunity.  Industry leaders, government officials, regulators and various capital sources will participate and make this conference a “can’t miss” experience.

MMTC offers important perspectives on communications policy and regulations that concern minorities nationwide. Through solid leadership and unwavering commitment to its mission, MMTC continues to serve so many and always does it with insight and integrity,” said Emilio Gonzalez, Director of Hispanic Markets at Verizon.

Topics to be discussed will range from “The Future of Broadband,” “How to Raise Capital for Your Venture” to “Broadband and Social Justice and “Industry Leaders Address Digital Equality” among others.

One of the highlights of the conference will be the invaluable opportunity for minority entrepreneurs and companies in the telecom and media space to present their business plans and explore working relationships in a one-on-one setting with representatives of companies and financial institutions seeking to do business with minority entrepreneurs.
