With more than 16 years of experience in the practice of Immigration Law, Attorney Nong joined Tucker & Associates in 2012 and has been a fundamental team member and leader in the expansion of the firm’s areas of practice. As of today, Tucker & Associates becomes Tucker | Nong & Associates.

Attorney Nong joined Tucker & Associates after having his own private immigration practice in Fairfax, VA for more than 12 years. Being an immigrant himself, since he came to this country as a Cambodian refugee when he was a child, Attorney Nong identifies himself with the reality of every single client seeking to come to America in search for the American dream. He has the legal knowledge and the personal understanding needed to help His clients with their immigration and other legal issues. “I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve the dream of living and working in the U.S. and I know that Tucker’s reputation and platform will allow me to better serve my clients” said Attorney Nong.

Yuvora Nong has a B.A. from the University of Florida (1994) and earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law, Tallahassee, Florida (1997). He is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Multicultural Career Intern Program at the Columbia Heights Educational Campus and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
