Cesar Vence joins Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as Deputy Director

WASHINGTON, DC – The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) is proud to announce that Mr. Cesar Vence has joined the Chamber as  Deputy Director, effective April 28th.  


“We are very excited to bring Cesar to our team and look forward to supporting him in his new role,” said Angela Franco, GWHCC President and CEO. “Cesar’s experience and expertise on issues impacting our community will contribute to the Chamber’s ongoing work to support the Hispanic business community in the Washington metro area and provide value-added programs to our members.”


“As a Chamber, we created the Deputy Director position to expand the important work of our organization and increase our positive impact in the business community. We welcome Cesar Vence as the Chamber’s Deputy Director and look forward to his participation and contributions,” said Mario Acosta-Velez, GWHCC Board Chair. 


Mr. Vence has over eight years of professional experience client relations, relationship building, cross-cultural communication, public speaking, collaboration across different organizational levels, team and project management. In his former position as the Senior Donations Manager for the District of Columbia, Cesar facilitated public-private partnerships and provided District agencies the necessary resources to obtain outside funding to support their programs
