New York, NY—  As we grapple with the challenges related to COVID-19, we want to reaffirm our commitment to enhance the responsiveness of our public health system to the needs of our communities, especially to those most vulnerable. The Black AIDS Institute, San Francisco Community Health Center, and Latino Commission on AIDS joined forces to create the Stronger Together Partnership (STP) to convene a COVID-19 Virtual Strategic Think Tank (VSTT) on October 14th, 2020. The gathering engaged 162 leaders of color, providers, researchers, funders, and public health guests from 105 different organizations/institutions.

We are proud to release the full report of the COVID-19 Virtual Strategic Think Tank (VSTT), including ten action steps that emerged from this meeting. These action steps seek to create a unique public health agenda within a health equity, civil rights, and human rights framework.
